The OFAC Reporting System (ORS) is a public online platform for submitting mandatory reports on blocked property and rejected transactions, as required by the Reporting, Procedures, and Penalties Regulations (31 C.F.R. part 501). All persons subject to OFAC's reporting requirements must use ORS to file initial reports on blocked property, reports on rejected transactions, and the Annual Report of Blocked Property (ARBP).
Filers who can demonstrate unique and extraordinary circumstances that prevent them from using ORS may request permission to file reports in an alternative manner by emailing OFACReport@treasury.gov. Such requests will be subject to a presumption of denial and granted only in writing.
To register for access to ORS, email OFACReport@treasury.gov with the following information: the name of your reporting institution, the name and email address of the primary point of contact, and the names and email addresses of any additional persons authorized to file reports.
Report forms for initial blocked property reports and rejected transactions reports are integrated within ORS. However, ARBP filers must use the TD-F 90-22.50 spreadsheet form provided below. Completed ARBP forms must then be submitted through ORS.
